How long does a typical build take?
Most custom AI builds take 4-8 weeks from design sign-off to go-live, depending on complexity. The discovery and design phase takes 1-2 weeks. We'll give you a specific timeline in the build proposal.
Do I need a technical team internally?
No. That's the point. We handle everything from architecture to deployment. You need someone who can tell us how your business works - the technical execution is on us.
What if I only want the consultancy, not the build?
That's absolutely fine. Some clients just need the AI Opportunity Map and roadmap to take to their internal team or another vendor. We offer standalone consultancy engagements.
How is RaaS priced?
RaaS retainers are scoped after the build phase, based on the complexity of your system and the level of ongoing support required. We'll give you a clear monthly figure before you commit.
